Overview
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, IK-PEN will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
Refunds will be processed within 3–12 business days from receipt of your return at our shop. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it by mail, remember to enclose the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package to our offices. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the proportional part of the original delivery costs.
Refunds
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cdyer.org
Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address stated from email correspondence.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
